Chow - Wow! Is a short local film that will be screened along with other Quarantine short films at North Fourth Art Center off of 4th street just North of Griegos, South of Montano. Instead of purchasing tickets, admission is free however we ask that you make a donation that you think is reasonable to RSVP to one of the screenings.
